I don’t often just link to another website without much comment, but the news of new plans for the Eastward expansion of sports facilities at Edge Hill University, and the public exhibition on same, will be of interest to Bickerstaffe Ward residents on Scarth Hill Lane.
I’ll certainly be attending the exhibition to see what the plans are, and I welcome comments to me on them from residents, though of course there will be the option to make them direct.
After quite a pause while the university has focused on developments within its existing core area, these plans mark a new phase.
